Important Information for Our Garden Centre in Kent
Access, Deliveries and Discounts
Thank you SO much to all our wonderful customers for their orders and wish lists, we currently have a backlog and are trying to work through it....so we cannot take any more enquiries for a few days...
Please turn left as you come in our gate and you will find plenty of parking spaces allocated to disabled badge holders. We have a disabled customer toilet, in the car park by the disabled parking. There is wheelchair access all round our garden centre and in the Daisy Chain Tea Room, but please take care in the nursery growing areas as the ground can be soft, so it is best to keep wheelchairs on the concrete paths. We have two wheelchairs available for customer use, just ask in the shop if you would like to use one.
Coaches are more than welcome at Gardening World Limited, but please give us a couple of days prior notice.
If you are travelling by car to our garden centre in Kent, there is plenty of free parking on site.
There is a Train Station in Newington village, which is less than a mile walk away. If you are travelling by bus, we are on bus routes 326 and 327. The buses stop on the main road, A2, just a few metres from our entrance.
We welcome your pet dog, but please keep them on a lead at all times. Only hearing and guide dogs can go in the Daisy Chain Tearoom. Please clean up any accidents if there are any…
We offer trade discounts on plants for genuine horticultural businesses (please bring your company details with you).
Occasionally, we look for seasonal staff to work in the nursery area of the garden centre. If you are interested please leave your details at our shop, and we will contact you if an opportunity arises.
